I encourage my clients to ask any questions they have, no matter how simple they may seem—because there’s no such thing as a bad question if you don’t know the answer. My approach is to guide clients step by step through the process, breaking it down into manageable tasks. This way, they can focus on the present instead of becoming stressed about what's ahead. I draw from my own experience of buying and selling my first home, which allows me to relate to and reassure clients that their feelings are completely normal. My goal is to help them stay focused, confident, and remember that the reward at the end is well worth the journey.
