I couldn't have been more pleased with your services.  You were easy to get ahold of and very strong with communication.  Your dedication to the customer really shows and you are exceptionally professional.  My friends have a year or 2 before purchasing a house but I will be ready to hand them your business card when they do.  Thank you.  If someone isn't pleased, they would be ridiculous.
